The Silk of Viet Nam - Here is the first stage we

Our story is woven from threads of resilience and passion, beginning in 1995 with the vibrant dyes of mulberry silk. For decades, we honed our craft, creating heirloom-quality silk sleeping bags, lanterns, and the graceful Áo dài, each piece a testament to Vietnamese tradition.

The Light of Hoi An – Since 2021

When the world grew quiet during the pandemic, our spirit for creation refused to be stilled. In 2021, we returned to a beloved symbol of light—the lantern. Crafting them with the same sacred silk we had always cherished, we found hope in making beacons of comfort for a darkened world.

For five years, our hands had shaped slender bamboo into delicate frames and covered them with shimmering silk. Each lantern, we believed, carried a soul—born from patience, fire, and light. Our favorite stage is the dance of fingers as we tied thin threads around the curved ribs of bamboo.

When we make something with our hands, we give it our heart. And the heart cannot be replaced by a machine.

Leather handcraft – Since 2023

This creative reawakening soon led us to new materials, inspiring us to learn the art of leather, patiently shaping timeless wallets and belts.

This journey, fueled by your unwavering support and our enduring passion, has blossomed into the LiA Hoi An you know today—officially established in 2023.

We are more than a brand; we are a legacy of three crafts, united by hand. From the delicate strength of silk to the enduring character of leather, every item tells a story of heritage, heart, and the unwavering soul of Hoi An.
