For Your Genuine Leather Goods
Our leather goods are made to age with character, telling the story of your journeys alongside ours.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth or horse brush. For deeper cleaning, use a cleaner specifically designed for genuine leather.
- Conditioning: Nourish the leather every 6-12 months with a quality leather conditioner to prevent drying and cracking.
- Protection: Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. If caught in the rain, let it air dry naturally away from direct heat—do not use a hairdryer.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Use a dust bag (provided) when not in use to protect it from dust and moisture.

Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable or refund unless faulty.
- If you expect to return a defective product for a refund, please let us know as soon you receive your product. You are responsible for a transaction fee when receiving a refund.
- Returned items must be in original condition and you are responsible for return shipping charges.

Warranty
- The LIA Hoi An provides a 3 years warranty on all of leather products. We are confident that these leather goods are made to last a lifetime and guarantee their quality. Our 3 year warranty covers any damage from normal wear and tear in terms of broken zipper, buttons, magnetic buttons or strap.
