For Your Mulberry Silk Products
- Washing: We recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild, pH-neutral detergent. Gently agitate and rinse thoroughly without wringing or twisting.
- Drying: Never tumble dry. Instead, roll the item in a clean towel to remove excess water, then lay flat or hang to air dry away from direct sunlight.
- Ironing: Iron on a low, cool setting while the garment is still slightly damp. Always iron on the reverse side to protect the delicate fibers and sheen.
- Storage: Store folded in a dry place. Avoid hanging heavy silk items for long periods to prevent stretching.

Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable or refund unless faulty.
- If you expect to return a defective product for a refund, please let us know as soon you receive your product. You are responsible for a transaction fee when receiving a refund.
- Returned items must be in original condition and you are responsible for return shipping charges.

Warranty
- The LIA Hoi An provides a 3 years warranty on all of leather products. We are confident that these leather goods are made to last a lifetime and guarantee their quality. Our 3 year warranty covers any damage from normal wear and tear in terms of broken zipper, buttons, magnetic buttons or strap.
